 利用GIS空间分析技术和层次分析法(AHP)结合森林资源二类清查数据、遥感影像图、地形图以及DEM数据,选取相对坡度、相对视距、视觉机率和醒目程度4个分量,基于景观视觉敏感度的测定原理和方法,对洪田村森林景观进行了视觉敏感度定量评价,敏感度分为高、较高、中和低4个等级。结果表明:1)高敏感区和较高敏感区的面积总和比为66.07%,中敏感区面积占比为25.15%,低敏感区域面积占比为8.78%;2)景观视觉敏感度与相对视距和坡度有较强的相关性;3)醒目程度为一级敏感区的特殊景观的敏感度较高,评价结果与实际相符。根据评价结果建议:高敏感区与较高敏感区的森林景观应以保护和生态恢复为主,不宜进行视觉上明显的森林经营活动;中敏感区在不影响整体风貌和视觉环境的前提下进行景观建设;低敏感区可根据需要进行合理的森林经营活动。视觉敏感度综合评价结果为乡村森林景观保护和未来规划建设提供了重要依据。
Abstract:
 Based on the measurement principle and method of landscape visual sensitivity,a quantitative evaluation of visual sensitivity was carried out on the forest landscape of Hongtian Village,by using GIS spatial analysis technology and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with forest resources inventory data,remote sensing image map,topographic map and DEM data to select four components,i.e.the relative slope,relative line-of-sight,visual probability and marked degree.Sensitivity was divided into four degrees:superior,high,medium and low.The results were as follows.1) The total sensitive area with superior degree and high degree accounted for 66.41%,middle degree accounted for 24.96%,and 8.63% forlow degree.2) The visual sensitivity of landscape had a strong correlation with relative visual distance and slope.3) The special landscape with the eye-catching degree as the first level sensitive area had a high sensitivity,and the evaluation results were consistent with the reality.Some suggestions on the protection and management of the village-level landscape were put forward according to the evaluation results.In the sensitive areas with superior and high degrees,landscape construction and ecological restoration should be the first task,and visually distinct forest management activities should be forbidden.In the sensitive areas with middle degree,landscape construction should be conducted without affecting the overall look and visual environment.In the sensitive areas with low degree,reasonable forest management activities could be carried out according to the actual needs.The comprehensive evaluation results of visual sensitivity would provide an important basis for the protection of rural forest landscape and future planning and construction.
