摘要:
 为研究重金属Cd2+胁迫对黑杨派无性系光合作用的影响,为日渐严重的土壤重金属污染治理提供依据。通过不同浓度Cd2+(5、10、15、20、25 mg/L)对黑杨派5个无性系进行胁迫试验,测定其光合作用指标及生长量。研究发现,不同无性系因对Cd2+抗性不一致导致其在不同浓度出现最高光合指标值。在不同浓度Cd2+(0~25 mg/L)胁迫下,不同无性系Pn随浓度升高均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。当Cd2+达到最高浓度25 mg/L时,无性系L35的Pn值较对照有上升趋势,其余无性系Pn值均有下降趋势。各无性系Gs随镉胁迫加强呈先降低后升高再降低趋势。在Cd2+浓度达到25 mg/L时,各无性系Gs值均有下降趋势,其中无性系中菏1号较对照下降最明显,其次为无性系鲁林16号、鲁林9号、L35、I-107。较PnGs 2个指标无性系间Ci变化不大,与CK相比,在Cd2+浓度达到25 mg/L时,无性系中菏1号较对照下降最明显,其次为无性系L35、鲁林9号;而无性系I-107与鲁林16号较对照有上升趋势。Tr在Cd2+ 浓度为5 mg/L时出现降低,随着浓度增加,蒸腾作用出现先升高后降低的趋势。在Cd2+浓度达到25 mg/L时,各无性系Tr值均有下降趋势,其中无性系中菏1号较对照下降最明显;其次为无性系鲁林9号、鲁林16号、L35、I-107。无性系间的地径和苗高在Cd2+胁迫下存在差异,苗高达到显著水平,而地径未达到显著水平,表明参试无性系苗高性状较地径对Cd2+的胁迫更为敏感。相关分析表明,除了胞间CO2浓度与净光合速率、苗高存在微弱的负相关外,其余性状间均存在不同程度的正相关。主成分分析发现,L35、鲁林9号和I-107的抗重金属Cd2+能力较强,可为重金属Cd污染土壤的治理与修复提供试验材料。
Abstract:
 In order to study the effects of heavy metal stress on the photosynthesis of Aigeiros clones,and to provide a theoretical basis for solving the increasingly serious soil heavy metal pollution problem,seedlings of 5 Aigeiros clones were stressed under different concentrations of Cd2+(namely,5,10,15,20,and 25 mg/L) in this test,and the photosynthesis indicators and growth were measured.It was found that different clones showed the highest photosynthetic index at different Cd2+ concentrations because their resistance to Cd2+ was different.With the increase of Cd2+ concentration in the range of 0 to 25 mg/L,the values of Pn of different clones increased first and then decreased.When Cd2+ reached the highest concentration,compared with the control,the Pn values of ‘L35’ showed an upward trend,while other clones showed a downward trend.The values of Gs of different clones a trend of decrease-increase-decrease with the increase of cadmium stress.When the concentration of Cd2+ was 25 mg/L,the Gs values of all clones showed a downward trend.Compared with the control,‘Zhonghe 1’ decreased most significantly,followed by ‘Lulin 16’,‘Lulin 9’,‘L35’ and ‘I-107’.Compared with Pn and Gs,there was little change in Ci among clones.Compared with the control,when the concentration of Cd2+ was 25 mg/L,‘Zhonghe 1’ decreased most obviously,followed by ‘L35’ and ‘Lulin 9’,while ‘I-107’ and ‘Lulin 16’ showed an upward trend.When the concentration of Cd2+ was 5 mg/L,Tr values decreased.With the increase of Cd2+ concentration,transpiration increased first and then decreased.When the concentration of Cd2+ reached 25 mg/L,the Tr values of all clones showed a downward trend,and ‘Zhonghe 1’ showed the most obvious decline compared with the control ,followed by ‘Lulin 9’,‘Lulin 16’,‘L35’ and ‘I-107’.There were differences in ground diameter and height among clones under the Cd2+ stress,the height reached a significant level,however,the ground diameter did not reach a significant level,which indicated that the height traits of the tested clones were more sensitive to Cd2+ stress than the ground diameter.The correlation analysis showed that there was a slight negative correlation between Ci and Pn,height,however,other traits were positively correlated with varying degrees.Principal component analysis showed that ‘L35’,‘Lulin 9’ and ‘I-107’ had strong resistance to Cd,which could provide experimental materials for the treatment and remediation of Cd contaminated soil.
