摘要:
 以25个平欧杂种榛品种(系)为试验材料,开展坚果经济性状变异和分级研究,并对坚果经济性状进行综合评价。结果表明,供试平欧杂种榛品种(系)坚果、果仁质量分别在0.81~3.36 g和0.27~1.10 g,坚果、果仁三径均值分别在13.11~19.75 mm和8.17~13.89 mm,果壳厚度、果腔系数和出仁率分别在0.74~2.39 mm、0.53~0.93和21.90%~46.04%,果序坐果数、单株结果数和单株产量分别在1.4~4.7个、81.0~620.7个和123.9~1 064.4 g。不同平欧杂种榛品种(系)各经济性状指标之间的差异显著,其中,坚果、果仁质量和整齐度、单株结果数和产量变异系数在31.5%~55.2%,在品种选育时其可选性强;坚果、果仁形状变异系数在5.8%~9.2%,选择空间最小。通过聚类分析,供试平欧杂种榛被划分为3个类群。主成分分析表明,果仁大小和整齐度是影响供试平欧杂种榛坚果综合经济性状的最重要指标,其次为果壳厚度,85-124、82-8、85-41、85-202、84-5、85-140和84-254等品种(系)的坚果综合经济性状较优。
Abstract:
 Trees of 25 Corylus heterophylla×C.avellana cultivars (varieties) were selected as the test materials,variations and classification of nut economic traits were studied,and the nut economic traits were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that the nut and kernel weight varied from 0.81 to 3.36 g and 0.27 to 1.10 g,the nut and kernel size varied from 13.11 to 19.75 mm and 8.17 to 13.89 mm,the shell thickness,kernel plumpness and kernel mass percentage varied from 0.74 to 2.39 mm,0.53 to 0.93 and 21.90% to 46.04%,the inflorescence fruit set number,single plant fruit number and yield varied from 1.4-4.7,81.0-620.7 and 123.9-1 064.4 g,respectively.There were significant differences in the economic traits among different cultivars (varieties).The variation coefficients of weight and size variation of nut and kernel,single plant fruit number and yield varied from 31.5% to 55.2%,indicating the great optionality in cultivar breeding.While the variation coefficients of nut and kernel shape varied from 5.8% to 9.2%,showing the minimum selection space.By cluster analysis,the candidate C.heterophylla×C.avellana could be divided into three categories.The principal component analysis showed that the kernel size and kernel size variation were the most important indicators affecting the nut comprehensive economic traits,and then the shell thickness,7 cultivars were selected as the fine cultivars (varieties),i.e.85-124,82-8,85-41,85-202,84-5,85-140 and 84-254.
