摘要:
 以槭属树种杈叶槭、多齿长尾槭、太白深灰槭、鞑靼槭和五裂槭为材料,比较分析5个树种的木材微观结构和亲缘关系,为近缘树种的木材鉴别及分类提供科学依据。结果表明,5个树种均为小管孔的散孔材,轴向薄壁组织较少。木材微观特征在树种间差异较大。首次发现五裂槭的木射线组织为异形射线组织,包括异形单列、异形Ⅰ型、异形Ⅱ型、异形Ⅲ型,直立射线细胞有榴莲型瓦状细胞和栅状直立细胞2类。多齿长尾槭、杈叶槭、太白深灰槭和鞑靼槭为同形射线组织,偶有直立射线细胞。由木射线组织类型,较易将五裂槭与多齿长尾槭、杈叶槭、太白深灰槭和鞑靼槭区分开。五裂槭的轴向薄壁细胞中可见结晶体且导管密度较小,抗性较强,材质较好。5个槭属植物的木材解剖结构均表现为较原始的特征,其中五裂槭和鞑靼槭进化程度相对较高。经聚类分析,多齿长尾槭、杈叶槭与太白深灰槭先聚为一类,再分别和五裂槭、鞑靼槭相聚;鞑靼槭和其他4个树种亲缘关系最远;聚类分析结果支持5树种现有的分类关系。
Abstract:
 The anatomic wood microstructures and genetic relations of Acer robustum,A.caudatum var.multiserratum,A.caesium subsp.giraldii,A.tataricum and A.oliverianum were analyzed and compared to provide scientific evidences for wood identification and classification.The result showed that all the five species were diffused porous woods with small pores and less longitudinal parenchyma.Significant differences in wood microstructures were observed among different Acer species.Heteromorphic ray tissues of A.oliverianum included uniseriate type,heteromorphic ray tissue-Ⅰ,heteromorphic ray tissue-Ⅱ,heteromorphic ray tissue-Ⅲ; upright ray cell included durio type of tile cell and palisade type.While A.robustum,A.caudatum var.multiserratum,A.caesium subsp.giraldii and A.tataricum were homogeneous ray tissures,rare upright ray cells.It was easier to distinguish A.oliverianum from other four taxa by the type of wood ray tissue.Longitudinal parenchyma of A.oliverianum contained crystals and density of vessel was low,therefore,A.oliverianum had stronger resistance and high wood quality.All the five Acer taxa were characterized by primitive features.A.oliverianum and A.tataricum had relatively higher levels of evolution.Cluster analysis indicated that A.robustum,A.caudatum var.multiserratum,and A.caesium subsp.giraldii were first clustered together,then they were clustered successively with A.oliverianum and A.tataricum.A.tataricum had the farthest genetic relationship to A.robustum.The results of the cluster were in accordance with the existing taxonomic relationships.
