摘要:
 将植物提取物茶多酚与人工林木材相结合,利用真空浸渍法对人工林马尾松木材实施改性,探究其在增重率、尺寸稳定性、密度、色差、茶多酚溶出释放性能等方面的改性效果,并利用SEM、FT-IR手段表征木材改性前后的微观结构变化。研究发现,4种不同工艺预处理中,微波预处理下的马尾松浸渍增重率最高,达到14.45%,且微波预处理后的改性材尺寸稳定性最好。微波预处理后不同浸渍浓度下的改性材中,密度提高最大,颜色改变最明显的浸渍浓度为80 g/L,且80 g/L浸渍浓度下的改性材药剂释放更持久。改性剂可与分布于木材结构组织内的某些基团发生交联反应,进而更好地发挥其抗氧化作用,并且与木材中的某些糖可能产生络合反应。
Abstract:
 Tea polyphenol (TPP) was used to modify the timber of Pinus massoniana by vacuum infusion method.Timbers to be modified were pretreated by four different methods.The results of the modification were examined by measuring the relative parameters,such as weight gain rate,dimensional stability,density,color difference and release rate of TPP.The changes of the microstructure of the timber before and after the modification were characterized by SEM and FT-IR.The results showed that microwave pretreatment was the best one among the four methods,manifested by the highest weight gain rate (14.45%) and dimensional stability.Among different infusion concentrations of TPP,80 g/L was the preferable one,by which the density increase,color change,and persistence of TPP release of the modified timber that was pretreated by microwave were most significant.Some crosslink reactions occurred between the groups of TPP and wood structure,resulted in better antioxidant ability of the timber,complex reaction might also occur between TPP and wood saccharides.
