摘要:
 为了改善尿素-乙二醛(UG)的耐水及胶接性能,将聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)作为交联剂对UG进行改性,考察不同加入比例对树脂体系性能的影响,并借助仪器分析对树脂体系的固化特征、结构组成和形貌特征进行表征。结果表明,当PEI加入量为3%时,树脂所表现出的胶接强度及耐水性能最佳,而且PEI加入后通过有效官能团的交联反应,树脂体系的固化更加充分,形成的交联体系更加均匀和致密,树脂整体性能得到提升。
Abstract:
 In order to improve the water resistance and bonding strength of urea-glyoxal (UG),polyethyleneimine (PEI) was used as a crosslinking agent to modify the UG polymer.The effects of different addition ratios on the properties of the resin system were investigated.The curing characteristics,structure composition and morphology of the resin system were analyzed with various instrumental methods.The results indicated that the resin system with 3% PEI showed the best bonding strength and water resistance.Moreover,after PEI addition,the resin system cured more completely through the cross-linking reaction of effective functional groups,and the formed cross-linking system was more uniform and compact,the overall performance of resin was improved.
