摘要:
 以2年生毛竹、1年生淡竹和1年生翠竹实生苗为对象,测定多个竹苗形态特征指标,运用因子分析和聚类分析开展了竹类植物苗木质量分级的评价研究。结果表明,利用因子分析根据每个竹种实生苗的形态指标相关性和因子贡献率大小确定其最终形态指标,利用系统聚类分析将3个竹种实生苗的苗木质量划分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ 3个等级,并定量划分出每个竹种实生苗的苗木等级标准,为各类型竹类植物的播种育苗、大规模选育和集约经营提供理论依据。
Abstract:
 Seedlings of two-years-old Phyllostachys edulis,one-year-old P.glauca,and one-year-old Pleioblastus pygmaeus were used as research objects to conduct quality evaluation and seedling grading based on multiple morphological indicators by factor analysis and cluster analysis.The final morphological indicators of each bamboo species were determined by factor analysis according to correlation of multiple morphological indicators and factor contribution rate.The seedling quality was classified to three grades by cluster analysis,and seedling classification standard of the three bamboo species was quantified,respectively.The study provides theoretical basis for sowing and culture,large-scale breeding and intensive management of bamboo plants.
