摘要:
 MYB转录因子家族是植物最大的转录因子家族之一,在植物生长发育、形态建成、次生代谢等的调控中起着重要作用。本研究在漆树转录组测序的基础上,应用生物信息学方法,筛选到48个漆树MYB转录因子,依据MYB保守域的特点将其分为3类:1条R3-MYB 序列,21条R2R3-MYB序列和26条R1-MYB序列。结果表明,蛋白序列分析显示,48条漆树MYB转录因子大部分属疏水性蛋白,且无规则卷曲和α螺旋在二级结构中占有较大比例。GO分析发现漆树R2R3-MYB蛋白共注释到生物学过程、细胞组分和分子功能3大类功能的27个亚类。系统进化分析将48个漆树MYB转录因子分为了8个亚组。表达谱数据分析表明,漆树MYB基因的表达具有组织特异性,11个在叶片中高水平表达,21个在茎中的表达量较高。研究结果为今后进一步解析漆树MYB转录因子的结构和生物学功能奠定基础,有助于进一步研究漆树MYB转录因子在次生代谢产物中的调控功能。
Abstract:
 The transcription factor family of MYB is one of the most abundant families in plant.It plays important roles in regulating growth and development,physiological metabolism,cell morphology and pattern formation in plant.In this study,a total of 48 MYB transcription factors of Toxicodendron vernicifluum were screened by bioinformatics methods on the basis of transcriptome sequencing,which were classified into 3 distinct groups according to the structure of MYB domain,i.e.,1 R3-MYB,21 R2R3-MYB and 26 R1-MYB.Protein sequence analysis showed that most MYB transcription factors were hydrophobic proteins with a large proportion of random coils and alpha helices in the secondary structure.GO (Gene Ontology) annotation showed that those proteins could be categorized into 27 function subgroups of three main categories:biological processes,cellular components and molecular function.Phylogenetic analysis showed that 48 MYB transcription factors were divided into 8 distinct groups.Expression profiles analysis showed that the expression of T.vernicifluum MYB had tissues specificity,11 MYB genes were high-level expression in the leaves while 21 were higher in the stems.The research will lay the foundation for further analysis of the structure and biological functions of T.vernicifluum MYB transcription factors in the future,and will help the further study of MYB transcription factors in the regulation of secondary metabolites.
