摘要:
 为了选择适宜的杨树抗性杂交育种亲本,以新引进意大利黑杨La、Pa、Ta、Ti、Qg及中林46和107杨的1年生扦插苗为材料,利用人工盆栽称重控水法,研究轻度(田间持水量的60%)、重度(30%)干旱胁迫下各无性系幼苗较对照生长、生理生化指标的变化,结合主成分分析并聚类,综合评价各无性系抗旱能力强弱。结果表明,随着干旱胁迫加剧,不同无性系间生长量、生物量、渗透调节等11个指标差异显著,均可作为抗旱性评价指标。主成分分析表明,4个主成分能反映各无性系幼苗95.78%的抗旱信息,结合隶属函数法综合评价,Qg和107杨幼苗受胁迫影响较小,表现出较强的抗旱性,而Ta幼苗受干旱胁迫影响最大。综合评价各杨树无性系幼苗抗旱性强弱为Qg>107杨>La>Ti>Pa>中林46>Ta。
Abstract:
 In order to select suitable Poplar resistance crossing parents,annual cuttings of newly introduced Italian Populus nigra (La,Pa,Ta,Ti,and Qg) were taken as materials,China poplar ZL46,and 107 Yang were used as the controls.Artificial potted water control experiment was conducted to examine drought stress with different intensities,i.e.,mild (60% of field capacity),severe (30%) on the clonal growth,physiological and biochemical indicators.Principal component analysis and clustering method were adopted to evaluate the drought resistance of each clones synthetically.The results showed that with the aggravation of drought stress,the growth amount,biomass and osmotic regulation of different clones were significantly different,which could be used as evaluation indexed of drought resistance.Principal component analysis showed that the four principal components could reflect 95.78% of drought resistance information.Combined with membership function method,both Qg and 107 Yang seedlings were less affected by stress and showed stronger drought resistance,Ta seedling was most affected by drought stress.Comprehensive evaluation of the drought resistance of the poplar clones were in the order of Qg>107 Yang>La>Ti>Pa>ZL46>Ta.
