摘要:
 为探究土壤类型和林分类型对土壤活跃有机质组分和微团聚作用的影响,及活跃有机质组分与微团聚作用之间的关系,采集秦岭辛家山林区云杉林、红桦林、杉桦混交林、华山松林、锐齿栎林和松栎混交林的表层(Ah)土壤样品,分析针叶林、阔叶林与针阔混交林之间以及冷凉湿润雏形土(云杉林、红桦林和杉桦混交林)与简育湿润雏形土(华山松林、锐齿栎林和松栎混交林)之间的土壤热水溶有机碳(HWEOC)含量、颗粒有机质(POM,分为3个组分:粗>0.25 mm,0.25 mm>细>0.053 mm和微团聚体内含组分)含量和微团聚作用比(MIR,微团聚体粘粉粒/土壤粘粉粒总量)。结果表明:1)林分类型对土壤粗POM含量和MIR有极显著(P<0.01)影响;土壤类型对土壤HWEOC含量、各POM含量和MIR均有极显著影响;2)针叶林地土壤粗POM含量显著(P<0.05)高于阔叶林和针阔混交林,针叶林和阔叶林林地土壤的MIR显著高于针阔混交林,冷凉湿润雏形土的HWEOC、粗POM、细POM含量和MIR均显著高于简育湿润雏形土;3)HWEOC、粗POM、细POM含量、MIR及海拔两两之间均存在极显著的正相关关系;4)粗、细POM的含量解释了HWEOC含量87%的变化,海拔解释了MIR中81%的变化。林分类型和土壤类型都是影响林地土壤活跃有机质含量和土壤微团聚作用的重要因素,土壤类型是主要因素;活跃有机质的含量与土壤微团聚作用有紧密联系,土壤类型和林分类型能够通过对活跃有机质的作用进而影响土壤的微团聚性。
Abstract:
 The objective of this study was to explore the differences in soil active organic matter fractions and micro-aggregation of typical forest ecosystems in the Qinling Mountains.The relationship between active organic matter fraction and micro-aggregation was analyzed.The surface soil samples under the forests of dragon spruce (Picea asperata),red birch (Betula albosinensis),the mixed forests of spruce and birch,Huashan pine (Pinus armandii),sharp tooth oak (Quercus aliena var.acuteserrata),and the mixed forests of pine and oak,were collected.The hot water extractable organic carbon (HWEOC) contents,particulate organic matter (POM,including 3 fractions:coarse>0.25 mm,0.25 mm>fine>0.053 mm and the fraction contained in micro-aggregates) contents,and micro-aggregation ratios (MIR,the total amount of micro-aggregate clay particles/soil clay particles) in three forest types (coniferous forests,broad-leaved forests and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests) or in two soil types (Frigid Udic Cambisols and Hap Udic Cambisols) were determined and compared.The results showed that 1) the forest type had a very significant (P<0.01) effect on the soil coarse POM content and MIR; the soil type had a very significant effect on the soil HWEOC content,different POM contents and MIR.2) The content of coarse POM in the soil of coniferous forest was significantly (P<0.05) higher than that of broad-leaved forests and mixed forests.The MIR values of coniferous forests and broad-leaved forests were significantly higher than that of mixed forests.The HWEOC content,coarse/fine POM content and MIR in Frigid Udic Cambisols were significantly higher than those in Hap Udic Cambisols.3) There was a very significantly positive correlation between each pair of HWEOC content,coarse POM content,fine POM content,MIR and altitude.4) The content of coarse and fine POM contents explained 87% of the variance in HWEOC content,and the altitude (indicating the soil type) explained 81% of the variance in MIR.The results indicated that the forest type and soil type were both the key factors affecting the active organic matter contents and soil micro-aggregation in mountain forest soils,while soil type was the major factor.The content of active organic matter was closely related to soil micro-aggregation.Soil type and forest type can affect soil micro-aggregation by influencing soil active organic matter content.
