摘要:
 以‘凤椒大红袍’花椒1年生枝条为试验材料,研究IBA浓度、生长调节剂处理时间、扦插基质组成和移栽时间对微型扦插插穗生根率、移栽存活率及苗木生长的影响。结果表明,各试验因素对插穗生根率或移栽成活率均存在显著影响。9月采集插条并剪成长5 cm带2~3个芽的插穂,采用珍珠岩∶河沙=1∶1做基质,插穗用0.1‰ IBA处理24 h,28 d后生根率可达100%,平均生根条数为6~8条,来年春季移栽存活率可达90%。
Abstract:
 Using one-year-old shoots of a Zanthoxylum bungeanum cultivar‘Fengxian Dahongpao’ as materials,a micro cutting breeding experiment was carried out.Related factors,including IBA concentrations,treatment time with IBA,cutting medium composition and transplanting date were examined.The results showed that all the factors tested had significant influences on rooting rate or transplanting survival rate.The optimal procedures were obtained as follows.Shoots of “Fengxian Dahongpao” that were collected in September were cut into 5 cm pieces with 2 to 3 buds.The cuttings were treated by 0.1‰ IBA for 24 hours,and then cultured in the medium of the sand∶perlite=1∶1,in which the rooting rate reached to 100% with an average root number of 6-8 after 28 days of culturing.The rooted cuttings were transplanted in the next spring,the transplanting survival rate was 90%.
