 利用Google Earth Engine平台,以Landsat数据集为数据源,采用Slope+Manna-Kendall非参数检验方法,分析全区和不同植被覆盖类型区NDVImax与气象因子时间变化特征,并应用重心迁移模型分析其空间变化特征,最后应用最小二乘法(OLS)和时空地理加权回归模型(GTWR)进一步揭示不同植被覆盖类型区内NDVImax分异特征及其驱动力。结果表明:1)1993-2017年延安市年NDVImax呈现增长趋势,平均年际变化率达到0.008/a(P<0.01),不同植被覆盖类型年NDVImax也呈现增长趋势,其中针叶林增加幅度最大,为0.009 1/a;2)1993-2017年延安市镶嵌林地重心迁移速率最高(166.31 m/a),落叶阔叶林重心迁移速率最低(27.04 m/a);3)延安市全区NDVI与气象因子(平均气温、总降水、平均最高温度和平均最低温度)之间没有显著相关性,但在不同植被覆盖类型情况下,气象因子对NDVImax存在显著性作用;4)基于GTWR拟合不同植被类型NDVImax与不同气象因子的效果明显高于OLS,且不同气象因子对于不同植被类型NDVImax均有影响,各因子之间回归系数存在空间差异性。
Abstract:
 Vegetation plays a vital role in the terrestrial ecosystem.Taking Yan’an City of Shaanxi Province as the research area,and using Landsat dataset as the data source,based on the Google Earth Engine platform,the Slope+Manna-Kendall non-parametric test method was used to analyze the temporal variation characteristics of NDVImax and meteorological factors in the whole area and different vegetation coverage types.In addition,we applied the center of gravity migration model to analyze its spatial variation characteristics,and finally used ordinary least squares (OLS) and geographically and temporally weighted regression model (GTWR) to further reveal the differentiation characteristics of NDVImax in different vegetation coverage types and its driving forces.The results showed that 1) the annual NDVImax (normalized difference vegetation index) in Yan’an City from 1993 to 2017 presented an increasing trend,and the average inter-annual change rate reached 0.008/a (P<0.01).The annual NDVImax of different vegetation coverage types also showed an increasing trend,among which the increase of the maximum migration rate in coniferous forests was 0.009 1/a.2) The migration rate of the center of gravity of the mosaic forest land from 1993 to 2017 was the highest (166.31 m/a),and the migration rate of the center of gravity of the deciduous broad-leaved forest was the lowest (27.04 m/a).3) There was no significant correlation between regional NDVI and meteorological factors (average temperature,total precipitation,average maximum temperature and average minimum temperature),but under different vegetation coverage types,meteorological factors had significant effects on NDVImax.4) The effects of fitting NDVImax of different vegetation types and different meteorological factors based on GTWR were significantly higher than OLS,different meteorological factors had impacts on NDVImax of different vegetation types,and the regression coefficients between the factors had spatial differences.
