摘要:
 低温是限制木本植物生长和分布的重要非生物胁迫因子之一。木本植物作为一个生物体系统,在受到低温胁迫时,为抵御逆境带来的伤害,其自身会发生一系列的分子及生理反应,以响应和应对逆境信号。这些反应互相联系,形成一套完整的分子生理应答机制。综述近年来低温胁迫下木本植物信号转导、转录组、蛋白质组、代谢组的分子响应,及膜系统、保护酶系统、有机调节物质的生理响应,从信号转导、转录调控、基因表达、代谢调节到生理变化这一连贯的系统进行初步阐述,以揭示木本植物低温应答机制,并就当前的问题进行分析,对未来进行展望。为进一步探究木本植物应对低温胁迫的抗寒机制和适应机制提供理论参考。同时,为选育抗寒性强的木本植物种质资源提供理论基础。
Abstract:
 Low-temperature is one of the important abiotic stresses that limits the growth and development of woody plants.To reduce the damage caused by low-temperature stress,woody plants possesses a series of molecular and physiological reactions for providing stress response.These reactions generally work in synergy to curb the deleterious effects of low-temperature stress.This article reviewed a series of molecular and physiological responses displayed by woody plants under low-temperature stress,including the molecular response of signal transduction,transcriptome,proteome,and metabolome; the physiological response of membrane system,protective enzyme system,and organic regulatory substances.The blind spots and suggestions for future directions in the field were highlighted.It provides references for the selection and breeding of woody plant germplasm resources with strong cold resistance.
