摘要:
 掌握延川县森林资源动态及经营现状,为科学、精准编制森林经营规划提供依据。根据延川县2019年森林资源二类调查成果,综合考虑森林内在价值和森林服务效能,以森林生产力、森林结构、森林健康、生态服务效能,社会和经济服务效能等5个二级指标,及单位面积蓄积量和林地利用率等17个三级指标建立森林质量评价体系,采用层次分析法和物元分析法相结合对延川县森林资源质量进行评价。结果表明,延川县森林资源质量综合等级为“中”,其中森林内在价值等级为“中”,森林服务效能等级为“优”。森林质量主要特征包括:单位面积蓄积量(18.7 m3/hm2)和林地利用率(44.27%)较低,森林生产力仍较低;森林覆盖率(30.55%)较低,幼龄林、中龄林面积比例过大(97.89%),落叶阔叶树种面积偏多(93.43%),混交林面积较低(3.65%),森林生态系统功能性较弱;生态区位重要,公益林地面积占绝对优势(83.05%);林产业结构不合理,林业产值较低,仅占国民经济总产值的10.06%,社会、经济效能仍有较大发展空间。
Abstract:
 The objectives of this study were to master the dynamics and management status of forest resources in Yanchuan County,and to provide the basis for scientific and accurate forest management planning.Based on the results of the forest resource inventory in the county in 2019,and considering forest intrinsic value and forest service efficiency,the forest quality evaluation system was established with 5 secondary indices,including forest productivity,forest structure,forest health,ecological service efficiency,social and economic service efficiency,and 17 tertiary indexes,such as unit area volume and forest land utilization rate,etc.The quality of forest resources in the county was evaluated by combining analytic hierarchy process and matter element analysis.The results showed that the comprehensive level of forest resources quality in the county was in the middle level,in which the forest intrinsic value was in the middle level,and the forest service efficiency level was excellent.The main characteristics of forest quality included low volume per unit area (18.7 m3/hm2) and low utilization rate of forest land (44.27%),and low forest productivity.Forest coverage was also low (30.55%),the proportions of young and middle-aged forests were too large (97.89%),deciduous broadleaf species were more (93.43%),the area of mixed forest was low (3.65%),forest ecosystem function was weak.The ecological location was important,public welfare forest occupied absolute advantage (83.05%).The forestry industry structure was unreasonable,the forestry output value was low,accounting for only 10.06% of the total output value of the national economy of the county,and the social and economic efficiency would have great development space.
