摘要:
 以盆栽3种观赏植物(萱草、鸢尾、美人蕉)为试验材料,用不同质量浓度的铅、镉进行单一及复合处理,分析植物的生长特性和植物体内的铅镉含量。结果表明:1)在单一Pb处理下(500 mg·kg-1),3种观赏植物的生物量较对照分别增加了32.33%、35.08%和51.27%。2)在Pb-Cd复合处理下(Pb 1 000 mg·kg-1 Cd 10 mg·kg-1),3种观赏植物的生物量较对照分别下降了75.36%、74.80%和68.50%。3)在单一Pb和Pb-Cd复合处理下,3种观赏植物地上部分和地下部分Pb、Cd含量随着处理质量浓度的增加而升高,且地下部分大于地上部分。4)在Pb-Cd复合处理时,Pb使3种观赏植物地上部分对Cd的吸收表现为抑制作用,Cd使植物地上部分对Pb的吸收则表现为促进作用。3种观赏植物在铅镉污染土壤中均可正常生长,说明其对铅镉污染具有一定的适应性,可为铅镉富集植物的选择提供参考。
Abstract:
 Rapid urbanization aggravates the accumulation of heavy metals in urban soil.As a low-consumption,non-destructive,safe and healthy pollution control method,phytoremediation is widely used as an ecological engineering technology for remediation of heavy metal pollution in urban soil.Three ornamental plants,i.e.,Hemerocallis fulva,Iris tectorum,and Canna indica were used as experimental materials.Different concentrations of lead and cadmium were used for single and combined treatments.The growth characteristics of plants and the contents of lead and cadmium in plants were analyzed.The results were as follows.1) Under the single Pb treatment (500 mg·kg-1),compared with the control,the biomass of H.fulva,I.tectorum,and C.indica increased by 32.33%,35.08% and 51.27%,respectively.2) Under the combined treatment of Pb and Cd (Pb 1000 and Cd 10 mg·kg-1),compared with the control,the biomass of three ornamental plants decreased by 75.36%,74.80% and 68.50%,respectively.3) Under the single Pb and the combined treatment of Pb-Cd,the contents of Pb and Cd in aboveground and underground of three ornamental plants increased with the increase of treatment concentration,and the underground>aboveground.4) Under Pb-Cd compound treatment,Pb inhibited the absorption of Cd by aerial parts of three ornamental plants,while Cd promoted the absorption of Pb by aerial parts of plants.All three ornamental plants can grow normally in lead and cadmium contaminated soil,which shows that their lead and cadmium pollution has certain adaptability and can provide reference for the selection of lead and cadmium-enriched plants.
