摘要:
 以桢楠实生苗为材料,通过正交试验设计分析容器规格、基质配比、缓释基肥施入量、幼苗移入容器前真叶数量对桢楠容器苗的苗高与地径生长的影响,并建立桢楠容器育苗技术。结果表明,容器规格对桢楠容器苗的地径苗高增长量及高径比影响达极显著水平;基质配比对容器苗的地径增长量有显著影响,但对苗高增长量与高径比影响不显著;缓释基肥量对容器育苗的地径苗高增长量与高径比影响均不显著;幼苗移入容器前真叶数量虽然对地径苗高增长量影响不显著,但能显著影响高径比;持水量大并且孔隙度高的基质有利于容器苗地径的生长。结果显示,采用容器规格10 cm×12 cm,基质配比椰糠∶泥炭∶油樟叶∶农林废弃物体积比为4∶2∶4∶3,不添加缓释肥基肥,选用长出3对真叶的桢楠幼苗进行容器育苗效果最好。本研究为后续桢楠人工林的建设与桢楠资源的利用奠定了基础。
Abstract:
Phoebe zhennan seedlings were used as materials to study the effects of relative factors during the container nursing on the growth height and basal diameter,including container size,substrate formula,amount of slow-release fertilizer and number of true leaves of seedlings before moving into containers.Orthogonal experiment design was adopted.And the seedling container technologies of Phoebe zhennan was developed.The main results were as follows:the container size significantly affected the growth amount of basal diameter,growth amount of seedling height,and ratio of height to diameter; the substrate formula had a significant effect on the growth amount of basal diameter,but not on the growth amount of basal diameter and ratio of height to diameter; the effects of the amount of slow-release fertilizer on the growth amount of basal diameter,growth amount of seedling height,and ratio of height to diameter were not significant; although the number of true leaves of the seedlings before moving into containers had no significant effect on the growth amount of basal diameter and seedling height,it could significantly affect the ratio of height to diameter; the substrate with large capacity and porosity was conducive to the growth of basal diameter of container seedlings.The optimal parameters were as follows:the container size:10 cm×12 cm,the volume ratio of coconut coir:peat:leaves of Cinnamomum longe-paniculatum:agricultural and forestry residues:4∶2∶4∶3 without slow-release fertilizer,and the seedlings with 3 pairs of true leaves had the best effect for container seedling growth of P.zhennan.This study laid a foundation for the construction of P.zhennan plantation and the utilization of P.zhennan resources.
