摘要:
 新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情影响了城市居民生活的方方面面。为探究疫情后武汉市居民对城市公共绿地的态度与使用方式变化,以武汉市东湖生态旅游风景区为研究区域,使用网络文本分析法,对疫情前后大众点评网站上的游人评价进行情感趋势分析、关键词提取以及关键词聚类分析,对分析结果进行对比。结果表明:1)疫情前后,评论文本中积极情绪占比分别为88.14%和87.97%,整体满意度较高,且并未发生明显变化;2)疫情前后评论文本关键词可聚类为景区印象、内外交通、游人关注点、游玩感受与游人活动5类,对比疫情前后每类特征词重复率,分别为73.3%、33.3%、26.7%、40%、53.3%。发现游人关注点与内外交通方式变化最为明显。根据研究结果,后疫情时代的风景区建设应在防疫管理、交通基础设施以及重要景点配套服务设施等方面进行优化,从而提升游人游憩质量。
Abstract:
 The COVID-19 pandemic has affected every aspect of urban life.To explore the attitudes of the residents of Wuhan towards urban public green space and the changes of use ways of in Wuhan after the outbreak of COVID-19,in this study,the East Lake ecological tourism scenic area was taken as the study area.By using the network text analysis,the emotional trends were analyzed from public evaluation comments on the website before and after the outbreak of COVID-19,the keywords were extracted,and the keyword cluster analysis was conducted,the results were compared.It was found that 1) before and after the outbreak,the proportion of positive emotions in the comments was 88.14% and 87.97%,the overall satisfaction was high and did not change significantly.2) The keywords of comments before and after the epidemic could be clustered into five categories:impression of scenic spot,internal and external traffic,tourist focus,tourist experience and tourist activity.The repetition rate of each category before and after the outbreak was 73.3%,33.3%,26.7%,40% and 53.3%,respectively.The focus and the internal and external transportation mode varied significantly.According to the results of the study,the construction of scenic spots in the post-outbreak era should be optimized in the aspects of epidemic prevention management,transportation infrastructure and supporting service facilities of important scenic spots,so as to improve the quality of tourists’ recreation.
