 选取城郊梭梭防护林为研究对象,采集梭梭茎枝、根、凋落物及根际土壤样品,通过测定(Cd、Hg、Pb、Zn、Mn、Ni、As、Cu、Cr)9种重金属元素含量,采用多元统计对土壤重金属来源进行初步分析,量化梭梭各器官修复潜力,并根据生物量方程估算梭梭单位面积及单位空间重金属累积量,进而评价梭梭对各元素富集效能。结果表明,9种元素均低于土壤风险筛选值,除Mn、Ni、Pb含量低于新疆土壤环境背景值外,其余元素均不同程度超出背景值,其中Hg元素是背景值的4倍,表明研究区土壤产生不同程度重金属累计现象,Mn、Cr、As、Hg、Cd污染可能不同程度受燃煤、金属冶炼等因素影响,Pb、Ni可能来源于交通污染源以及成土母质双重影响,Cu可能与区域垃圾、秸秆焚烧有关。梭梭各器官表现出对Mn、Cd、Hg良好的富集能力,对Ni、Zn、Cr、Cu具备一定的修复潜力,对Pb、As表现出低修复潜力;单株梭梭对重金属元素累计总量大小顺序为Mn>Zn>Cr>Cu>Ni>Pb>Cd>As>Hg,地上部分对各重金属元素累积量均明显大于地下部分。梭梭对重金属污染治理具备较强的修复潜力。
Abstract:
 Based on the previous investigation,this paper selected the Haloxylon ammodendron shelter forest in the suburbs as the research object.Samples of the stem,root,litter and rhizosphere soil were collected,from which the contents of 9 heavy metals (Cd,Hg,Pb,Zn,Mn,Ni,As,Cu and Cr) were measured,and the sources of heavy metals in soils were preliminarily analyzed by multivariate statistics.The remediation potentials of H.ammodendron organs were quantitatively determined.The heavy metal accumulation per unit area and per unit space of H.ammodendron was estimated according to the biomass equation,and then the enrichment efficiency of H.ammodendron to various elements was evaluated.The results showed that 9 elements in soil samples were lower than the soil risk screening value.The contents of Mn,Ni and Pb were lower than the soil environmental background value in Xinjiang,while the contents of other elements exceeded the background value in varying degrees,in which Hg was 4 times of the background value,indicating that the accumulation of heavy metals in the soil of the study area occurred in varying degrees.Mn,Cr,As,Hg and Cd pollution may be affected by coal combustion,metal smelting and other factors to varying degrees; Pb and Ni may come from the dual effects of traffic pollution source and soil forming parent material,and Cu may be related to regional garbage and straw incineration.All organs of H.ammodendron showed good enrichment ability for Mn,Cd and Hg,and had certain remediation potential for Ni,Zn,Cr and Cu.It showed low remediation potential for Pb and As.The total amounts of cumulated heavy metals by H.ammodendron was in the order of Mn>Zn>Cr>Cu>Ni>Pb>Cd> As>Hg.The cumulative amount of heavy metals in the aboveground part was significantly greater than that in the underground part.H.ammodendron has strong remediation potential for heavy metal pollution control.
