摘要:
 准确、高效地测量正交胶合木(cross-laminated timber,CLT)木破率,丰富其测量方法,对评价CLT胶合质量具有重要作用。使用数码相机获取木破率图像,通过matlab进行自动识别,利用Otsu算法自动分割剪切破坏面积,从而测量木破率,与传统木破率测量方法和Photoshop图像测量方法的结果进行准确性、稳定性的对比分析。结果表明,采用matlab测量法测量木破率与图像处理软件(Photoshop)和实际测量结果无显著差异,该方法具有稳定性好、效率高、速度快等优点,能够准确、快速测量木破率。本研究提供了一种科学、便捷的木破率测量方法,满足了工业化生产需求,为评价胶合质量提供了准确的参考数据和指导意义。
Abstract:
 Accurate and efficient measurement of CLT (cross-laminated timber) wood failure percentage and enrichment of its measurement methods play an important role in evaluating the quality of wood structure CLT.A digital camera was used to obtain images of wood breakage,which was automatically identified by Matlab,and the shearing damage area was automatically segmented by using Otsu algorithm to measure the wood breakage rate.The accuracy and stability of the measurement results were compared with the traditional wood breaking rate measurement method and Ps image measurement method.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the matlab measurement method and the image processing software (Photoshop) and the actual measurement results.This method had the advantages of good stability,high efficiency,and fast speed,and could accurately and quickly measure the wood failure rate,it provides a scientific and convenient method for measuring the breaking rate of wood to meet the needs of industrialized production,and provides accurate reference data and guiding significance for evaluating the quality of bonding.
