 以福州市晋安区为研究对象,通过对城市绿地可达性进行评价,探究路网密度等微观因子对可达性的影响程度,并进行优化,从而提高晋安区公园绿地可达性水平,促进城市公园空间配置优化。基于百度地图API路径规划接口及热力图等大数据,采用多种出行模式(步行、电动车、驾车)的高斯两步移动搜索法、双变量空间自相关分析,对福州市晋安区公园绿地的空间可达性及其活力匹配特征进行研究;运用地理加权回归工具对可达性与影响因子进行相关性分析。研究表明:1)晋安区绿地可达性在空间上呈现中心向外递减特征,可达性较高的多为综合公园,较低的多为社区公园和街头绿地;2)公园绿地活力分布呈现西南部向东北部递减特征,低可达性高活力类型和低可达性低活力类型的公园绿地面积占比多,高可达性高活力类型占比最少;3)在可达性与其影响因子的关系中,发现道路服务指数、路网连接度对公园绿地可达性有显著影响;公园的空间分布上,鼓山镇东部及东南部、岳峰镇东北部为公园资源匮乏区。建议通过建设具有综合服务功能的公共绿地及和小型的公共绿地,优化散落分布的社区公园,提高路网密度以及路网连接度,以提升晋安区公园绿地可达性。
Abstract:
 In order to solve the problem of aggregation of pedestrian flow distribution due to unbalanced supply and demand in urban parks,the Jin’an District of Fuzhou City was selected as a research object.By evaluating the accessibility of urban green spaces from macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influences of microscopic factors,such as road network density on accessibility were evaluated and optimized to scientifically improve the accessibility of parks in Jin’an District,and to promote the optimization of the spatial configuration of urban parks.Based on the big data (such as Baidu Map API path planning interface and heat map),this study investigated the spatial accessibility of the parks and green spaces and their vitality matching characteristics within the district by using Gaussian Two-step Floating Catchment Area Method for multiple transportation modes (walking,electric vehicle and driving) and bivariate spatial autocorrelation analysis.Three factors and accessibility were correlated by using geographically weighted regression tools.It was found that 1) the accessibility of green areas in the district presented a spatially decreasing feature from the centre to the outside,the high accessibility communities were mostly comprehensive parks,while the low accessibility communities were mostly community parks and street green areas.2) The distribution of parkland vitality in the district showed a decreasing characteristics from the southwest to the northeast,with more parkland areas of low accessibility and high vitality types and the least parkland areas of high accessibility and high vitality types.3) In the relationship between accessibility and its influencing factors,the road service index and road network connectivity had significant influences on park green space accessibility; in terms of the spatial distribution of parks,the eastern and southeastern parts of Gushan Township and the northeastern parts of Yuefeng Township were areas where park resources were in scarce.To promote the accessibility of parks in Jinan District,attention should be paid in three aspects:the construction of public green spaces and small public green spaces with integrated services,the optimization of scattered community parks,and the improvement of road network density and connectivity.
