摘要:
 壳聚糖(CS)/聚磷酸铵(APP)层层自组装(LBL)是一种表面改性工艺,通过对竹束单元进行热处理,研究其对CS-TiO2/APP自组装重组竹(BS)的阻燃抑烟性能的影响及协同关系。采用不同热处理温度(160、180 ℃)和处理时间(2、3、4 h)对竹束单元进行水蒸气保护的热处理,首先对不同的竹束特性进行研究,优选竹束热处理工艺条件,然后在竹束表面进行CS-TiO2/APP自组装后制备重组竹,分析热处理对重组竹阻燃抑烟性能的影响及与LBL阻燃层的协同作用。结果表明,热处理后的竹束热稳定性提高,同时表面阻燃涂层增重率相比未热处理提高了27.0%,LBL后的极限氧指数较未热处理直接负载的提高了14.4%。综合不同热处理工艺下竹束的特性以及和负载LBL涂层的竹束阻燃效果,确定160 ℃下3 h为重组竹的热处理工艺条件。通过锥形量热测试,热处理后的BS(W-HT)重组竹较BS重组竹,燃烧热释放速率峰值pk-HRR降低了30.1%,产烟速率pk-SPR峰值降低了50.8%,热处理后的BS(W-HT)/CS-TiO2/APP重组竹与BS/CS-TiO2/APP重组竹比较,pk-HRR降低了9.7%,pk-SPR降低了36.4%,CO产量峰值降低了24.15%。竹束热处理后的重组竹具有较好的阻燃抑烟效果,并且和CS-TiO2/APP层层自组装具有良好的协同作用,提高了竹束表面的CS-TiO2/APP自组装阻燃涂层的负载,减少了BS/CS-TiO2/APP重组竹板材的烟释放和有毒气体的生成。
Abstract:
 CS/APP layer by layer (LBL) self-assembly is a surface modification process.In this research,the effects of heat treatment on the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of CS-TiO2/APP self-assembled bamboo scrimber were studied.Different heat treatment temperatures (160,180 ℃) and treatment time (2,3,and 4 h) were used to conduct heat treatment for the bamboo bundles protected by steam.Firstly,the characteristics of different bamboo bundles were studied,and the suitable heat treatment conditions for the preparation of bamboo scrimber were determined.Then bamboo scrimbers were prepared after CS-TiO2/APP self-assembly on the bamboo bundle surface.The effects of heat treatment on the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of bamboo scrimber and synergistic effect with LBL flame retardant layer were analyzed.The weight gain rate of flame retardant coating on the surface of bamboo bundles after heat treatment was 27.0% higher than that of non-heat treatment,and limiting oxygen index of LBL was 14.4% higher than that of direct load without heat treatment.Based on characteristics of bamboo bundles under different heat treatment processes and flame retardant effect of bamboo bundles loaded with LBL coating,the heat treatment conditions of bamboo scrimber were determined as 160 ℃ for 3 h.The pk-HRR of BS(W-HT) was reduced by 30.1%,pk-SPR decreased by 50.8% compared with untreated BS,pk-HRR of BS(W-HT)/CS-TiO2/APP decreased by 9.7%,pk-HRR decreased by 36.4%,the peak CO yield decreased by 24.15% compared with BS/CS-TiO2/APP.Heat-treated bamboo scrimber has a good effect of flame retardancy and smoke suppression,and has a good synergistic effect with CS-TiO2/APP layer-by-layer self-assembly,which increases load of CS-TiO2/APP self-assembly flame retardant coating on surface,reduces smoke release and toxic gas formation of BS/CS-TiO2/APP bamboo scrimber.
