摘要:
 为探究不同土地利用类型下各因子对县域尺度生态敏感性客观评价结果的非线性关系,以甘肃省靖远县为研究对象,构建基于土地利用类型的二阶指标体系,建立自编码器模型对其展开评价,并采用沙普利加性解释模型结果,分析各栅格敏感性首要影响因素,以此为基础划分敏感性分区。结果表明,1)极高、高敏感区主要分布在靖远县哈思山、崛吴山、南部沟壑区与沿河区域,占20.40%,中、低、不敏感区分别占40.10%、39.00%、0.50%。2)林地的敏感性等级极高,主要受NDVI影响;草、耕用地敏感性在较平缓区域(坡度<10°)受距水距离影响,在较陡峭区域(坡度>10°)受坡向和高程影响。AE模型评价结果能够探索出评价因子与敏感性更深层的关系并能更好地表现其地理空间的分异规律。
Abstract:
 To explore the nonlinear relationships between different land use types and the objective evaluation of ecological sensitivity at the county scale,we conducted a study in Jingyuan County,Gansu Province.We constructed a second-order index system based on land use types and utilized an autoencoder (AE) model to evaluate the ecological sensitivity.The results were explained by the Shapley additive explanations to identify the primary influencing factors for sensitivity at each grid,forming the basis for sensitivity zoning.The findings were as follows 1) Highly and moderately sensitive areas were mainly located in the Hasi Mountain,Quwu Mountain,southern gully area,and regions along the rivers in Jingyuan County,accounting for 20.40% of the total area,while areas of moderate,low and no sensitivity accounted for 40.10%,39.00%,and 0.50%,respectively.2) Forest land exhibited extremely high sensitivity,primarily influenced by NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index).Sensitivity of grassland and farmland varied depending on the topographic characteristics,with proximity to water influencing sensitivity in relatively flat areas (slope<10°),while slope aspect and elevation influenced the sensitivity in steeper areas (slope>10°).The AE model can explore the non-linear relationship between evaluation factors and sensitivity,and better represent the spatial differentiation patterns.
