摘要:
明确不同淹水时间下红树林土壤养分和生态化学计量特征的空间异质性,可揭示环境变化对土壤元素组成的调控和反馈作用,为科学利用海岸潮间带土壤提供依据。通过野外调查与室内试验分析,研究湛江红树林湿地不同淹水时间下土壤C、N、P、K含量与生态化学计量特征。结果表明,低潮位土壤盐度与有机碳、N、P、K含量均显著(P<0.05)低于高潮位,降幅分别为78.5%、89.4%、79.4%、54.2%和31.5%。随着淹水时间的增加,土壤可溶性N、碱解N、速效P和速效K分别减少83.1%、79.6%、82.7%和53.8%。土壤C:N、C:P、C:K、N:P均表现为高潮位>中高潮位>中潮位>低潮位>中低潮位,其比值分别为48.00~117.20、1.00~6.47、0.08~0.65、0.02~0.06,属弱变异,N是研究区土壤限制性养分因子。冗余分析表明,溶解性有机碳是影响生态化学计量比变化的关键环境因子,可解释其81.1%的变化率。淹水时间的变化对湛江红树林湿地表层土壤养分及其化学计量特征变化产生了显著影响,随淹水时间的增加土壤质量总体呈衰退态势,建议可适当增加研究区湿地土壤N元素供给以改善土壤质量,促进红树植树造林及生长。
Abstract:
Clarification of the spatial heterogeneity of soil nutrients and stoichiometry under different flooding conditions in mangroves is helpful to revealing the responses of soil process to environmental changes and provides a basis for soil management in coastal intertidal zones.We conducted field investigation of the contents of soil organic C,N,P,K and stoichiometry under different intertidal zones in Zhanjiang mangrove wetland.Soil salinity and the contents of soil organic C,N,P,K in low-intertidal zones were significantly (P<0.05) lower than those of high-intertidal zones,with values in low-intertidal zones 78.5%,89.4%,79.4%,54.2% and 31.5% lower than those in high-intertidal zone,respectively.With the increase of flooding time,soil dissolved organic C,alkaline hydrolyzed N,available P and available potassium decreased by 83.1%,79.6%,82.7% and 53.8%,respectively.Soil C:N,C:P,C:K and N:P showed the same trends along intertidal zones:high-intertidal>mid-climax-intertidal>mid-intertidal> low-intertidal>mid-low-intertidal,and the ratios ranged between 48.00-117.20,1.00-6.47,0.08-0.65 and 0.02-0.06,respectively.Soil C:N,C:P,C:K and N:P showed moderate variations and N was the limiting nutrient in the study site.Redundancy analysis showed that dissolved organic C was the key influencing factor of stoichiometric ratios,accounted for 81.1% of total variation.The flooding time had a significant effect on soil nutrients and stoichiometric ratios,and soil fertility decreased with the increase of flooding time.The results suggest to increase the supply of nitrogen for the improvement of soil quality and the promotion of mangrove afforestation and growth.
