摘要:
 杜仲梦尼夜蛾是一种专门取食杜仲叶片的单食性害虫,肠道微生物在其幼虫取食利用含胶的杜仲叶片中发挥重要功能。通过传统的分离培养和稀释培养方法进行幼虫肠道微生物的分离培养和鉴定,共分离得到6株细菌、6株放线菌及8株真菌。6株细菌隶属于4个属,分别为假单胞杆菌属、甲基杆菌属、芽孢杆菌属和金黄杆菌属,假单胞杆菌属为优势菌群;6株放线菌隶属于短状杆菌属、微杆菌属、红球菌属和假诺卡氏菌属4个属,假诺卡氏菌属为优势菌;8株真菌隶属于8个属,分别为轮枝菌属、外瓶霉属、枝孢属、木霉属、曲霉属、黄囊菌属、小鬼伞属及拟鬼伞属,轮枝菌属和小鬼伞属为优势菌属。相比传统分离培养方法,稀释培养法所分离到的菌株种类更多,是一种较为理想的微生物分离培养方法,分离获得的菌株在杜仲梦尼夜蛾幼虫中潜在的功能还有待于进一步研究。
Abstract:
 Orthosia songi belongs to Noctuidae in Lepidoptera and it is a kind of oligovorous pest that specially harms the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides.Gut bacteria play important functions for its larvae to feed on the leaves of E.ulmoides which is rich with gutta.In this study,6 bacterial strains,6 actinomycetes strains and 8 fungal strains were isolated from the larval gut of O.songi.Among them,6 bacterial strains belong to 4 genera,including Pseudomonas,Methylbacterium,Bacillus and Chryseobacterium,and Pseudomonas is the dominant genus.The six actinomycete strains belong to Brachybacterium,Microbacterium,Rhodococcus and Pseudonocardia,and Pseudonocardia is the dominant genus.The eight fungal strains belong to eight genera,including Verticillium,Exophiala,Cladosporium,Trichoderma,Aspergillus,Deconica,Coprinellus and Coprinopsis,and the dominant genera are Verticillium and Coprinopsis.Compared with the traditional isolation and culture methods,the dilution culture method can isolate more kinds of strains,and this is an ideal method to more comprehensively reveal the composition of cultivable microorganisms in the intestinal tract.This study provides a theoretical basis and strain preparation for the future research on the gut microbial function of O.songi larvae.
