摘要:
 以不同核桃树龄下间作滇黄精为研究对象,利用Li-6400便携式光合测试仪测定其林下环境因子和滇黄精光合指标、产量和品质,并对试验结果进行相关性和通径分析。结果表明,不同核桃树龄林下环境因子差异较大,滇黄精叶温和光合有效辐射随核桃的树龄增大而减小,空气相对湿度表现相反。不同树龄和不同生育期核桃林下滇黄精的光合特性均存在差异,净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,第2个高峰出现时间不同;不同生育期对核桃林下滇黄精光合特性指标影响的环境主导因子各不相同,相关性分析显示,叶温对滇黄精净光合速率有显著正相关;通径分析显示,光合有效辐射对滇黄精净光合速率有较大的影响,光合指标可以解释滇黄精产量变化的90.2%,净光合速率对滇黄精的产量直接贡献最大,其次为胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度,品质方面净光合速率可以解释滇黄精多糖含量变化的51.0%。试验结果对指导核桃林下滇黄精种植具有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
 Relatively reasonable understory environmental factors (light,temperature and humidity) are conducive to the growth and development of understory crops,so as to improve the yield and quality the crops.In this study,the environmental factors,the precision and light compatibility indexes,the yield and quality of Polygonatum kingianum intercropping under different ages of walnut plantations were determined by Li-6400 portable photosynthesometer,and the correlation and path analysis of the test results were carried out.The results showed that there were significant differences in environmental factors under the walnut plantations with different ages.The P.kingianum leaf temperature and photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) decreased with the increase of the age of walnut plantation,while the air relative humidity decreased with the age.Differences were also observed in the photosynthetic characteristics of P.kingianum under the plantations with different ages and different growth stages.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) showed a bi-peak curve,and the occurrence time of the second peak was different at different growth stages.There were different environmental leading factors in different growth stages on the photosynthetic characteristics of P.kingianum under walnut plantations.The correlation analysis showed that leaf temperature had a significant and positive correlation with Pn of P.kingianum.Path analysis showed that PAR had a great influence on the yield of P.kingianum.Photosynthetic index could explain 90.2% of the yield variation,and Pn contributed the most directly to the yield,followed by intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance.In terms of quality,Pn could explain 51.0% of the polysaccharide content variation of P.kingianum.The results of the experiment have some reference values for guiding the cultivation of P.kingianum under walnut plantation.
