摘要:
为了鉴别不同品种的柳树(Salix)耐旱性,对4个无性系的 1 a生硬枝扦插苗进 行了控制 条件下的土壤干旱胁迫试验,系统测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT) 活性、MDA (丙二醛)含量、膜透性。结果表明,在土壤干旱胁迫下,C号和2号抗氧化能力较强, 红柳居中,4 号的表现最差。干旱胁迫使各品种MDA的含量及膜透性均有不同程度的提高,其中C号的 MDA 含量及膜透性比较平稳,4号变化剧烈。在干旱胁迫下,各品种渗透调节和保持膨压的能 力均有提 高,但存在差异,以C号和2号表现较好,红柳居中,4号较差。应用Fuzzy方法,对不同 品种的保 护酶活性和膜透性在干旱胁迫中的动态进行综合评判,认为不同品种的耐旱性强度次序 为:C号> 2号>红柳>4号。其中C号与4号和红柳差异显著( p <0.05)。
Abstract:
Differences of the droughtˉresistance characteristics of vari ous clones of Salix were investigated. The changes of superoxide dismutas (SOD)activity,catalase (CAT) acti vity and malonadehyde(MDA) content,electrolyte leakage in the different species of Salix were s tudied systematically after treated by soil drought stress.The results showed that same condition of soil drough t stress, Salix viminalis and Salix dasyclados exhibied a better performance of antiˉoxidation, while S. purpurea performed middle, and S. mesuneko from north slope of Bashan performed worst.With the develo pment of soil drought stress, there was the accumulation of MDA for different provinces to different e xtent; Change rate of MDA content and electrolyte leakage were low in Salix viminalis, high in S.mesuneko, middle in S. dasyclados and S. purˉ purea.All species had the abilities to maintain distinction among t he species was considerable. Salix vimiˉ nalis and S.dasyclados showed a betterturgor and osmotic adjustment du ring the drought stress in given condition. However, the performance in the turgor maintain and the osmotic adjustment,S. purpurea performed normally and S.mesuneko performed worst. According to fuzzy s ynthetic evaluation, the drought resistances of different species were evaluated.
