摘要:
为了深入了解 Larrea tridentata 的发芽特性,全面掌握 Larrea 的抗旱生理 特性,采用PEG溶 液人工模拟水分胁迫的方法,研究了 L.tridentata种子萌芽对水分胁迫反应过程。结果 表明,Larrea 种子发芽过程的水势范围为 0~-0.44MPa;随着水分胁迫加剧 ,种子发芽率、发芽势、 发芽速度呈显 著下降趋势 ;当水势为 -0.64 MPa时 ,种子便不能发芽。说明水分胁迫对 L. trident ata种子发芽的 影响较大,但其发芽过程可在一定水分胁迫的干旱生境下完成。
Abstract:
Responses of Larrea tridentat seed germination to water stres s were studied by means of the artificial simulation method of water stress by using PEG to find out the g ermination characteristic amply and to understand the drought resistance characteristic of L.tridentata roundly.The resu lts showed that water stress has grent influˉ ence in seed germination.In the process of seed germination,the wa ter potential range was 0~-0.44 MPa, and as water stress aggravated, the germination percentage,power, and spee d decreased significantly.When the water potential was-0.64 MPa, seeds could not germinate, indicating that t he process of seed germination of L. triˉ dentata can becomplete in drought environment to some extent.
