摘要:
为了实现杜仲优良无性系,采用嵌芽接方法对40个杜仲优良无性系进行了无性繁 殖试验 研究。结果表明,40个杜仲无性系利用嵌芽接,其成活率有差异;嫁接后40个无性系间接 芽萌发 枝高生长量均有差异;砧木的粗细对嫁接后接芽萌发枝的高生长量有显著影响。
Abstract:
An asexual propagation study was carried out on the chip b udding method among 40clones of Euˉ commia ulmoides.It was found that differences existed in survival ra tes and growth of shootings among 40 grafted clones.The thickness of rootstocks exhibited significant infl uences on the height growth of shootˉ ings.The results can provide scientific guidance for the asexual pro pagation of E.ulmoides.
