摘要:
为了研究卷丹鳞茎水提液对生菜的化感作用及其作用机理,以卷丹鳞茎为供体,生菜为受体,运用培养皿法测定了不同浓度卷丹鳞茎水提液处理的生菜种子萌发和幼苗生长情况,超氧阴离子自由基含量和保护酶活性。在最高浓度100 g·L-1的卷丹鳞茎水提液的作用下,18 h生菜种子萌发率由对照的59%降到0; 72 h时根长和下胚轴长分别比对照降低了78.3%和47.3%。随水提液浓度的增加,生菜幼苗中的超氧阴离子自由基的含量最高增加到对照的2.85倍,SOD、POD和CAT的活性分别增加到对照的2.37倍、2.47倍和1.23倍。这些结果表明,卷丹鳞茎水提液对生菜种子的萌发、早期幼苗的生长均显示出明显的抑制作用,并对生菜幼苗的抗氧化系统产生了干扰。
Abstract:
Allelopathetic effects and mechanisms of the aqueous extracts from the bulbs of Lilium lancifolium on lettuce were investigated. The germination, growth, the content of superoxide anion and the activities of scavenging enzymes of lettuce treated by the aqueous extracts were studied by adopting petri dish bioassay. At the highest concentration 100 g per litre of the aqueous extracts from the bulbs of L. lancifolium, the germination rate of lettuce within 18 h was 0, whereas the germination rate of the control was 59%; Within 72 h the length of root and hypocotyl were decreased with 78.3% and 47.3% respectively, compared with the control. With the increase of the aqueous extracts concentration, the highest content of superoxide anion in the lettuce seedlings was 2.85times of control, and the activities of SOD, POD, and CAT were 2.37times, 2.47times, 1.23times of that in control, respectively. These results suggested that the germination and growth of lettuce were significantly inhibited by the aqueous extracts from the bulbs of L. lancifolium,and the protective system in the seedling was seriously disturbed.
