摘要:
以树莓、黑莓不同品种为试验材料,研究水分胁迫后,高生长、叶片细胞膜透性、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等抗旱性指标的变异性.结果表明,随胁迫程度加重,高生长受损,叶片的细胞膜透性逐渐增加,丙二醛含量逐渐提高,SOD、POD的活性明显下降.而且,品种之间表现出明显的差异性.
