摘要:
以胖大海为原料,对其水溶性多糖的工艺进行了研究.正交实验表明,水煎煮法提取水溶性胖大海多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比为1∶55,温度控制在90℃,提取时间为1 h;超声法提取胖大海多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比为1∶55,超声功率为250 W,提取时间为15 min. 结果表明,在最佳提起工艺条件下,超声法提取水溶性胖大海多糖的量是水煎煮法的3.44倍,说明超声法是从胖大海中提取水溶性多糖的一种较好的方法。
Abstract:
The extracting technology was studied on the watersoluble polysaccharides from Sterculia lychnophora. With the orthogonal experimental design, the optimum conditions of the hot water extraction were obtained the raw materials were extracted by water at 90℃ for 1 h with a ratio(material to solvent) of 1∶55. The ultrasonicaided conditions were time15 min, power250W ratio of material to solvent1∶55. The results showed that under the optimum extracting conditions, the content of the watersolute polysaccharides by ultrasonic extraction was 3.44 times as much as the hot water extraction, indicating that it is a better method for polysaccharide extraction of S. lychnophora.
