摘要:
采用单因素试验和正交试验对秦岭卷叶黄精(Ploygonatum cirrhifolium)多糖的水提取工艺和醇沉分离工艺进行了研究。结果表明(1)各因素对卷叶黄精多糖的提取率影响是不均等的,影响程度依次为温度>料液比>提取时间。最佳提取工艺为在温度80℃下,水提取2次,每次2 h,料液比为1∶25。(2)各因素对醇沉分离效果的影响程度依次为乙醇浓度>提取液浓缩程度>pH值。醇沉分离工艺为醇沉时乙醇体积分数为80%,药液浓缩至1 mL·g-1,pH为6。
Abstract:
The extraction and isolation technology of polyscacharides were studied with orthogonal test from Polygonatum oirrhifolium root. The results were as follows(1) The various factors had different influences on the extraction,the sequences of influence was temperature>ratio of solvent to material>time. The optimal conditions of extraction were temperature 80℃, solvent water, time2 h;times of extraction2;ratio of solvent to material 1∶25 . (2)The favourable technological parameters for isolating pdysaccarides with ethanol precipitating were when the alcohol consistency came up to 80% in the polysaccharide solution(v/v),the polysaccharides precipitated out more than under other alcohol consistency. The concentration of sample solution is 1 mL· g-1 (material ), pH6.
