摘要:
早春异常低温常会对大扁杏花器官造成伤害,导致大扁杏产量降低甚至绝产.本试验采用两种植物生长调节剂(赤霉素、芸苔素)和稀土微肥处理样树,在蕾期和花期分别测定其花器官中脯氨酸、MDA含量.结果表明:浓度大于等于1.4 mg/mL的芸苔素溶液可以提高低温胁迫后花器官中脯氨酸含量,还可以抑制低温胁迫下脂膜过氧化作用,并降低低温胁迫下花器官中MDA含量;浓度大于等于0.08 mg/mL的赤霉素溶液可以抑制低温胁迫下脂膜过氧作用,并降低低温胁迫下花器官中MDA含量:低温稀土微肥对低温胁迫后花器官中脯氨酸、MDA含量影响较小.
