摘要:
通过喷施不同种类和浓度的外源激素,研究了外源激素对杜仲胶含量和杜仲胶相对分子质量及其分布的影响。结果表明,所选的4种外源激素均能使杜仲叶中杜仲胶含量显著提高,本研究范围内的最佳浓度分别为:GA3(赤霉素)300 mg/L、2,4D(2,4二氯苯氧乙酸) 0.1 mg/L、6BA (6苄氨基嘌呤)0.5 mg/L以及NAA(α萘乙酸)0.01 mg/L。外源激素处理对杜仲叶中杜仲胶的相对分子质量及其分布也有显著影响, NAA0.01 mg/L和1.0 mg/L、GA3 200 mg/L、6BA 1.0 mg/L、2, 4D 0.01 mg/L和0.1 mg/L处理相对分子质量及其分布均减小,NAA0.1 mg/L、GA3 300 mg/L和400 mg/L、6BA 0.5 mg/L和2.0 mg/L及2, 4D 1.0 mg/L处理相对分子量及其分布均增大。西北林学院学报23卷第4期张付远等外源激素对杜仲胶含量和相对分子质量的影响
Abstract:
The effects of different exogenous hormones with different concentrations on the content and molecular weight of Eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG) in the leaves were studied.The results showed that the four exogenous hormones all could enhance the content of EUG, and the best concentrations were as follows:GA3 300 mg·L-1,2,4D 0.1 mg·L-1, 6BA 0.5 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.01 mg·L-1.The exogenous hormones had significant effect on the molecular weight and its distribution of EUG.Compared with control, the molecular weight and its distribution of some treatments reduced,which dealt with NAA 0.01 mg·L-1 and 1.0 mg·L-1, GA3 200 mg·L-1, 6BA 1.0 mg·L-1, 2, 4D 0.01 mg·L-1 and 0.1 mg·L-1, while increased dealt with NAA 0.1 mg·L-1, GA3 300 mg·L-1 and 400 mg·L-1, 6BA 0.5 mg·L-1, 2.0 mg·L-1,and 2, 4D 1.0 mg·L-1.
