摘要:
研究了海巴戟总黄酮最佳提取工艺。采用正交试验,以提取物中总黄酮的得率作为考察指标,优选出最佳提取工艺。试验设计的四因素中,提取时间对结果有极显著的影响,乙醇浓度对结果有显著的影响,提取温度和乙醇用量对结果影响不显著。海巴戟总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间1.5 h,乙醇浓度90%,提取温度60~65℃,乙醇用量1∶20(g/mL),按照最佳提取工艺条件提取海巴戟果实中的总黄酮,得率可达2.936%。
Abstract:
The conditions of the extraction of total flavonoids from Morinda citrifolia were studied by the orthogonal experimental design. Among the four factors of tested, the most significant one was the time of extraction, the second one is the concentration of alcohol. The volume of alcohol and the temperature of extraction are not significant. The optimum conditions for the extraction. Solvent 20 times of 90% alcohol to the herbs and temperature 60~65 ℃
