摘要:
以宜昌润楠(Machilus ichangensis)苗木为试验材料,研究了不同低温处理对SOD、CAT活性和MDA含量以及叶绿体超微结构的影响。结果表明:随着温度的降低,SOD和CAT的活性先升高后降低,线粒体和淀粉粒数量逐渐增多。当温度降到5℃时,SOD和CAT的活性均达到最高,MDA含量最低,随着温度的继续降低,SOD和CAT的活性均表现下降趋势,而MDA含量逐渐升高。通过电镜观察,宜昌润楠叶绿体在-5℃时,线粒体减少,细胞膜模糊,叶绿体同时受损伤和破坏。
