摘要:
采用全光照自动间歇喷雾扦插繁殖和轻基质网袋容器方法对影响欧洲云杉插穗生根的激素种类、浓度、处理时间进行了研究,结果表明:影响欧洲云杉生根的主导因素为激素种类,其次为处理时间,激素处理效果为IBA>蒸馏水>ABT>NAA,浓度为200 mg·L-1的IBA处理2 h是插穗生根的最佳组合;IBA不同浓度不同时间各处理间的生根率和根系效果指数存在差异,浓度150 mg·L-1处理1 h和浓度100 mg·L-1处理2 h的生根率分别为93.3%和96.7%,且根系质量较高;用IBA和S3307处理与IBA和蔗糖处理的生根性状差异均不显著。
Abstract:
Effects of different growth regulators, their concentrations and time durations of treatment on rooting ability of Picea abies cuttings were investigated. The results showed that the dominant factors that affected the rooting ability of P. abies cuttings were types of hormones, then time duration of treatment. The promotion effects on rooting for different reagent tested were in the order of IBA>distilled water>ABT>NAA. The optimal combination for rooting was that cuttings were treated by 200 mg·L-1 IBA for 2 h. Differences in rooting rate and root effective index were found among different concentrations of IBA and time duration of treatment. The rooting rates were as high as 93.3% and 96.7% respectively after the cuttings were treated by 150 mg·L-1 IBA for 1 h and 100 mg·L-1 IBA for 2 h, and the quality of roots were also high. There were no significant differences in rooting characteristics when the cuttings were treated by IBA and S3307 or by IBA adn sugar.
