摘要:
 通过对广西林区6种林分类型的林地木霉菌多样性进行调查,采用形态学方法进行分类鉴定,共分离鉴定出木霉菌11种。研究表明,混交林中木霉菌的分离率最高,松树林木霉菌分离率最低;海拔高度对木霉菌的丰富度影响不大。在所分离的木霉菌中,哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum Rifai)出现频率高,是广西林区木霉菌资源的优势种类。
