摘要:
 采用正交试验法,以龙胆苦苷含量为指标,研究溶剂用量、提取时间及提取次数对秦艽中龙胆苦苷提取率的影响,优选出合理的提取工艺。结果表明: 以65%乙醇为溶剂,用动态回流法提取秦艽龙胆苦苷的最佳工艺条件是溶剂用量为药材的10倍,提取时间为30 min,提取次数为1次。经验证性试验证明所优选条件可靠,可供秦艽中龙胆苦苷的提取工艺参考。
Abstract:
 In order to explore an optimum technology of dynamic reflux method to extract gentiopicroside from the roots of Gentiana macrophylla with 65% ethanol,orthogonal experiment was designed with variables such as solvent amount, extraction times and time durations.The optimum conditions for the extraction were that extraction time duration:30 minutes; amount of 65% ethanol and extraction times:10 times of the materials for one time.The verification test showed that the optimum extraction process was stable and accurate,and suitable for the extraction of gentiopicroside from the roots of G.macrophylla.
