摘要:
 为有效鉴别和判定造林过程中无性系同一性,以24种常用的桉树无性系作为研究材料,利用RAPD分子标记技术构建相应指纹图谱。结果表明:利用引物S1001、S1009、S1065、S1076、S1156均能较好地鉴别试验材料,可作为这些常用无性系鉴定的理想分子标记引物。聚类分析显示U158与其他桉树无性系亲缘关系较远,其次是DH145和DH178,而DH33-27与DH32-22亲缘关系最近。
Abstract:
 To effectively identify and judge the consistency during clone afforestation,24 Eucalyptus clones were selected to establish fingerprinting by RAPD markers.The results showed that all the 24 studied materials could be distinguished by primer S1001,S1009,S1065,S1076,and S1156,respectively,which were selected as the ideal molecular marker primers to differentiate those clones in the future study.Cluster analysis showed that U158 presented further relationship with others,and the next was DH145 and DH178 that also had further relationship with each other.On the other hand,DH33-27 exhibited closer relationship with DH32-22.
