摘要:
 需求不足是我国森林碳汇市场面临的突出问题。基于对347位成都市民的问卷调查与访谈,运用条件支付意愿法和二值Logistic回归模型,分析成都市民森林碳汇购买意愿及其影响因素,并预测支付意愿水平,试图为自愿市场视角下拓展森林碳汇市场需求主体提供政策参考。结果表明,性别、受教育程度、平均月收入、是否知道温室效应及成因、是否知道森林具有固碳作用、是否认为个体具有减排责任、是否知道森林碳汇的交易渠道、是否认为森林碳汇购买能够获得投资收益、愿意购买的频次等因素与城市居民森林碳汇购买意愿呈显著正相关关系;最高支付意愿为310.08元/(户·a)。
Abstract:
 Lack of demand is the prominent problem in forest carbon sequestration market in China. Based on the survey data of 347 citizens in Chengdu, by using the method of conditioned willingness to pay and binary Logistic regression model, factors influencing the willingness of the citizens in Chengdu to purchase forest carbon sinks were analyzed. The degrees of the willingness to pay were predicted. Several factors were found to be correlated significantly and positively with the willingness to purchase forest carbon sinks, such as the gender, the level of education, the average monthly income, whether to know the greenhouse effect and cause, whether to know the function of forest carbon sequestration, whether to think that the individuals have responsibility to reduce emissions, whether to know the trade channels of forest carbon sinks, whether to think that forest carbon sinks can get investment revenue and purchase frequency. The highest annual amounts for a family to purchase were 310.08 yuan RMB.
