摘要:
 重瓣榆叶梅花中蛋白质提取研究表明,最佳提取工艺为采用pH7.0的磷酸氢二钠提取液、液料比为30∶1(mL∶g)、30℃、500 W、超声提取3次(每次120 min)。在该提取工艺条件下,测得开花14 d花中蛋白质含量最高,为13.237 mg·g-1;开花21 d花中蛋白质含量最低,仅为5.150 mg·g-1
Abstract:
 Crude proteins were extracted from the flowers of Amygdalus triloba f. multiplex. The optimal conditions of the extraction were obtained: Solvent: disodium hydrogen phosphate with pH=7.0, ration of solvent to material:30∶1(mL∶g). The extraction was conducted for 3 times (120 min each) at 30℃ aided by ultrasonic wave (500 W of ultrasonic generator power). By above extraction conditions, it was found the highest content of protein was in the flowers collected at the 14th day after blossoming, about 13.237 mg·g-1, lowest at the 21st day, about 5.150 mg·g-1.
