摘要:
 基于叶片解剖结构对西北农林科技大学选育的意大利银白杨(I-101)×毛白杨4个优良杂种无性系和4个对照无性系(84k、I-101、新疆杨、毛白杨30号)的抗旱性进行研究,比较8个无性系的叶片厚度、主脉厚度、上、下表皮厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度之比等9项旱生指标,通过运用主成分分析法筛选出3项典型性高的指标,包括主脉厚度、栅栏组织厚度和海绵组织厚度,进一步结合隶属函数法对8个白杨派无性系的抗旱性作出综合评价。结果表明,各无性系间抗旱性差异明显,抗旱性强弱表现为‘03-4-22’> 84k >新疆杨 > I-101>‘03-5-17’>毛白杨30号 >‘03-6-11’>‘03-4-9’;研究认为无性系‘03-4-22’抗旱能力相对较强。
Abstract:
 A leaf anatomical structure based drought resistance study was carried out by using 4 hybrid clones of I-101×Populus tomentosa bred by Northwest A&F University and 4 control clones (84k,I-101,P.alba,P.tomentosa No.30) as experimental materials.Nine xeromorphic indices were measured by paraffin section method,such as the thickness of leaf,vein,sponge tissue,and palisade and so on.Variance analysis and principal component analysis were adopted to screen out 3 most typical indices,including the thickness of vein,sponge tissue and palisade.A comprehensive evaluation on drought resistances of 8 Populus clones were conducted by the method of subordinate functions.The results indicated that there were obvious differences in drought resistance among the tested clones,and the order was ‘03-4-9’>84k>P.alba>I-101>‘03-5-17’>P.tomentosa NO.30>‘03-6-11’>‘03-4-22’.Clone ‘03-4-9’ showed the best resistance to drought stress.
