摘要:
 通过测量98株‘凤丹’植株13个经济性状,转化指标数据进行因子分析。结果表明,各项指标变异系数大,选择性强。对性状的相关性分析发现,在提高坐果量的同时,果实大小、单株籽粒质量和籽粒体积亦得到提高。通过主成分分析和聚类分析,选出优株41株,可作为高产新品种选育的研究材料;以单株坐果量、单果籽粒数、籽粒千粒重为基础制定了田间选优的标准。
Abstract:
 In this study,98 Paeonia ostii ‘Feng Dan’ plants were selected as the subject,on which 13 economical characters were measured.The data were converted to metrics in order to complete factor analysis.The results showed that all the indices were well selective,and had high variation coefficients.The correlation analysis results demonstrated that the fruit size,seeds weight and seeds volume increased with the increase of fruit number.According to the principal component analysis and clustering analysis,41 high yield plants were selected as materials for further breeding studies.High-yield-individual selecting standards were established,based on fruit number of a single plant,seed number of a single fruit and the weight of thousand seeds.
