摘要:
 以漠河产落叶松原木为材料,将其制作成锯材,利用FFT测试并按照弹性模量将锯材分等后,参照国家标准(GB/T 1927~1943-2009)对3个等级落叶松锯材清材小试样的气干密度、顺纹抗压强度、抗弯弹性模量和抗弯强度等主要物理力学性质进行比较研究,分析3个不同加载方向下抗弯弹性模量的差异。结果表明,利用FFT测试并分等漠河兴安落叶松具有可行性,分等后ME16等级的落叶松其气干密度、顺纹抗压强度、抗弯弹性模量、抗弯强度的平均值比较大,分别为0.795 g·cm-3、66.8 MPa、19 311 MPa、127.9 MPa;漠河产兴安落叶松3个加载方向(T、R1、R2)下的抗弯弹性模量间无显著性差异。
Abstract:
 In this paper,fast fourier transform (FFT) was used to test the dynamic elastic modulus of the lumbers got from larch logs produced in Mohe,then the lumbers were classified to nine grades according their elastic modulus.The air-dry density,compressive strength parallel to grain,modulus of elasticity (MOE),and modulus of rupture (MOR) of small defect-free samples with three grades were studied with national standard (GB/T 1927~1943-2009).The results showed that FFT test was feasible to classify the grade of larch lumber growing in Mohe.The average air-dry density,compressive strength parallel to grain,MOE,and MOR of the samples of ME16 were 0.795 g·cm-3,66.8 MPa,19311 MPa,and 127.9 MPa,respectively,higher than the others.The differences of the MOE loaded in three directions (T,R1,R2) were not significant (at 0.05 level).
