摘要:
 比较了低温胁迫下8个白杨派无性系抗寒性强弱,以1年生休眠苗为试验材料,测定-15~-35℃下的电导率、SOD、POD、CAT活性、丙二醛含量、可溶性蛋白含量的变化,配合拟合的logistic方程并求出半致死温度,采用隶属函数法及聚类分析对其抗寒能力进行排序,并对6项测定指标进行相关性分析。结果表明,各无性系抗寒性差异明显,其半致死温度在-32.40~-23.53℃;无性系A50的隶属函数值最大,各项测定指标表现良好,抗寒性最强;依据相关性分析,相对电导率、POD、MDA与无性系抗寒性综合评价值呈显著相关,可对8个无性系的抗寒能力评价提供一定的参考。依据综合评价方法对抗寒性的排序为A50>秦白杨1号>84K>新疆杨>A46>I-101>毛白杨>A39。
Abstract:
 In order to compare the cold resistance of eight poplar clones under low temperature stress,the annual dormancy seedlings were used as experimental materials to determine the change of conductivity,SOD,POD,CAT activity,malondialdehyde (MDA) content ,soluble protein content at -15—-35℃.The cold resistance ability was ranked by membership function method and cluster analysis method,and the correlation analysis of six measured indicators was carried out.The results showed that the cold resistance of each clone was significantly different,and the semi-lethal temperature was -32.40—-23.53℃.The clonal A50 had the highest membership function value,and the measured indexes were good and the cold resistance was the strongest.According to the correlation analysis,the relative conductivity,POD,MDA and clonal cold resistance comprehensive evaluation values were significantly correlated,which could provide a reference for the evaluation of cold resistance of 8 clones.According to the comprehensive evaluation method,the cold resistance of 8 clones was in the order of A50>Qingbai Yang No.1>84K>Xinjiang Yang>A46>I-101>Populus tomentosa>A39.
