摘要:
 根据西安市江村沟垃圾填埋场场地特点,考虑生物群落重建、空间设计、人文策略及管理维护4因素,对其进行更新改造设计,并对改造结果进行统筹评价,以建立BSHM空间统筹设计法及其评价体系,该体系分为设计架构及评价架构两方面。结果表明:1)垃圾填埋场的改造设计应当建立基于空间统筹设计评价体系下四位一体的架构;2)生物群落层内的生态浮岛权重最高,空间层内的趣味设计权重最高,人文层内的科普学习权重最高,管理层内的园务后勤及水质监测考察权重并列最高;3)4处样地的关键因素样地1是生物群落,样地2是管理因素,样地3是人文因素,样地4是空间因素。通过多层级设计方法,以及确定设计场地内各样地改造设计侧重点,以期为后续城市垃圾填埋场封场后的改造利用提供理论借鉴和量化指导。
Abstract:
 According to the characteristics of Jiangcungou landfill site in Xi’an City,considering four factors of biological community reconstruction,space design,humanistic strategy,and management and maintenance,the renovation design was carried out,and the transformation results were evaluated as a whole,so as to establish BSHM (biocenosis,space,humanity,and management) space overall planning design method and its evaluation system,which was divided into design architecture and evaluation architecture.The conclusions were as follows:1) the reconstruction design of landfill site should be based on the four in one framework under the overall spatial design evaluation system; 2) the ecological floating island in the biological community layer had the highest weight,the interesting design weight in the space layer was the highest,the popular science learning weight in the humanities layer was the highest,and the weight of the garden logistics and water quality monitoring and inspection in the management level was the highest among the four plots,the key factor of plot one was biological community,the second was management,the third was humanity and the fourth was space.In this study,the multi-level design method was used to determine the key points of transformation design of various sites in the design site,so as to provide theoretical reference and quantitative guidance for the subsequent transformation and utilization of municipal solid waste landfill after site closure.
