 以陕西省秦巴山区为研究对象,采用层次分析法(AHP),分别构建影响山茱萸生长和药效品质形成的生态因子适宜性评价指标体系,应用ANUSPLIN气象要素精确空间插值、地统计学和GIS空间叠置等方法,探讨研究区山茱萸生长适宜性和药效品质种植适宜性的空间分布特征。结果表明,1)山茱萸生长的高度适宜区主要分布于研究区中部偏南区域,占总面积的19.45%,适宜区主要分布于汉中市西部、安康市中部和商洛市中南部,占总面积的44.28%,勉强适宜区主要分布于汉中市、安康市北部和商洛市西北部区域,占总面积的29.13%,不适宜区主要分布于研究区北部和西部,占总面积的7.14%;2)山茱萸药效品质的高度适宜区主要分布于研究区中南部和东部区域,占总面积的24.66%,适宜区与高度适宜区相邻并交错分布,占总面积的31.34%,勉强适宜区主要分布于汉中市西部和北部、安康市南北两端和商洛市西部,占总面积的25.43%,不适宜区主要分布于研究区北部和西部,占总面积的18.57%;3)研究区山茱萸生长的适宜性程度南北方向变化趋势明显,药效品质的适宜性程度东西方向变化趋势明显。该研究可为秦巴山区发展中药材产业种植提供参考。
Abstract:
 In this research,the ecological factor suitability evaluation index system which affects the growth and medicinal quality of Cornus officinalis was established by using AHP in the Qinba Mountainous area of Shaanxi Province.The ANUSPLIN software was used to perform precise spatial interpolation of meteorological elements.Geostatistics and GIS spatial overlay methods were applied to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the growth suitability and medicinal quality of C.officinalis in the study area.The following results were obtained.The results showed that 1) In the view of the plant growth,the highly suitable area (HSA) for the C.officinalis growth was mainly distributed in the south-central region,accounting for 19.45%,suitable area (SA) was mainly located in the west of Hanzhong City,the middle of Ankang City,and the middle and south of Shangluo City,accounting for 44.28%,the barely suitable area (BSA) was mainly distributed in Hanzhong City,the north of Ankang City and in the northwest of Shangluo City,accounting for 29.13%,the unsuitable area (UA) was mainly distributed in the north and west of the study area,accounting for 7.14%.2) In the view of medicinal quality,the HSA was mainly distributed in the central-southern and eastern regions,accounting for 24.66%,the distribution of SA was adjacent and interlaced to the highly suitable areas,accounting for 31.34%,the BSA was mainly distributed in the west and north of Hanzhong City,the north and south ends of Ankang City and the west of Shangluo City,accounting for 25.43%,the US was mainly distributed in the north and west of the study area,accounting for 18.57%.3) The suitability degree of the growth of C.officinalis in Qinba mountainous area changed significantly in the north-south directions,and the suitability degree of midicanl quality changed obviously in the east-west directions.It can provide a reference for the further development of the planting of traditional Chinese medicinal plants in the Qinba Mountainous area.
