摘要:
 研究油橄榄杂交品种实生群体果实性状的变异,筛选优良单株,为油橄榄育种提供理论依据。以云杂1号、2号和3号油橄榄杂交品种实生后代群体为材料,对23份结果单株18个果实性状进行比较分析。结果表明,杂交后代实生群体果实表型性状变异丰富,果实性状多样性指数在0.303~1.994,且数量性状多样性指数大于描述性状,平均值达1.786,平均变异系数为22.20%;相关性分析结果显示,除果实成熟度指数外,大多数果实性状间均有不同程度的显著相关性;主成分分析提取了6个主成分,累计贡献率达81.236%,将18个性状简化为14个性状;通过聚类分析将23份种质分为2大类,其中第Ⅱ类仅含9号种质,果实极小、果质量轻、果肉率和含油率非常低,可被排除;第Ⅰ类中的第ⅱ亚类含4号、10号、16号3份种质,单果质量、果肉率最高,可作为果用品种推荐材料;第ⅴ亚类包括19号和22号种质,鲜果含油率>24%,可作为油用品种推荐材料。
Abstract:
 In order to study the diversity of fruit characters in the seedling population of olive hybrid varieties,superior individual plants were screened out to provide theoretical basis for olive breeding.Taking the seedlings of the progeny population of olive hybrids "Yunza" No.1,No.2 and No.3 as materials,18 fruit characters of 23 plants were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the fruit phenotypic characters of the hybrid progeny varied greatly,the fruit character diversity index ranged from 0.303 to 1.994,and the quantitative character diversity index was greater than descriptive character,with the average value of 1.786 and average variation coefficient of 22.20%.The results of correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlations among most fruit traits except fruit maturity index.Six principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 81.236%.The 23 accessions were divided into two categories,of which the second category contained only No.9 germplasm,with extremely small fruit,light fruit weight,very low pulp rate and oil content,which could be excluded.The second subclass of Class I contained 3 germplasm resources,No.4,No.10 and No.16,with the highest single fruit weight and pulp rate,which could be used as recommended materials for table olives.Subclass V included No.19 and No.22,The oil content of fresh fruit was more than 24%,which could be used as recommended materials for oil varieties.
