摘要:
 借助连续变倍体视显微镜、生物数码显微镜和扫描电镜观察福建特有阔叶树种闽西青冈木材的宏观构造、微观构造特征,并测定分析木材解剖特征的36个定量指标。结果表明,闽西青冈心边材区别略明显,散孔材,单管孔,管孔呈溪流状径向排列,导管内含侵填体,单穿孔,管间纹孔互列;导管组织比量平均为10.60%,导管密度均值为6.67个/mm2,管孔弦向直径平均为138.51 μm,导管分子壁腔比平均为0.097,导管分子长宽比平均为3.74,导管分子实质率平均为15.92%。闽西青冈木材纤维状管胞壁上具缘纹孔形小、数少,木纤维组织比量平均为49.85%,木纤维平均长度为1 249.63 μm,平均长宽比为66.74,壁腔比为3.52,实质率为85.61%。轴向薄壁组织发达,多数为星散-聚合状,少数为离管带状,排列不规整,宽1~4细胞;轴向薄壁组织比量为8.41%。木射线非叠生,同形单列及多列,稀异Ⅲ形,主由横卧细胞组成,直立和方形细胞偶见;单列木射线高3~19细胞,宽木射线多数夹杂着木纤维等其他轴向分子,高许多细胞,往往超出切片范围;木射线组织比量为31.14%。结晶细胞主要出现在聚合木射线中,少见结晶细胞链;导管-木射线间纹孔式主要为刻痕状,少数大圆形;具有环管管胞;胞间道缺如。
Abstract:
 In this paper,the macro-and micro-structure characteristics of Cyclobalanopsis minxiensis wood were observed by the means of continuous zooming stereo microscope,bio-digital microscope and scanning electron microscope.Totally,36 morphological unique parameters of various wood cells were measured and analyzed.The results showed that the differences between sapwood and heartwood were slightly obvious.The wood belongs to the diffuse-porous type with exclusively solitary vessels,and the vessels are in a diagonal to radial pattern,tyloses common,single perforation plates,intervessel pits alternate.The tissue ratio of vessel is 10.60%,the vessel frequency is 6.67 vessels per square millimetre,the mean tangential diameter of vessel is 138.51 μm,the mean ratio of wall to cavity is 0.097,the mean ratio of length to width for vessel is 3.74,the ratio of wall for vessel is 15.92%.The fibers of C.minxiensis wood have distinctly bordered pits which are small in shape and few in number.The tissue ratio of wood fiber is 49.85%,the average length of wood fiber is 1 249.63 μm,the ratio of length to width for wood fiber is 66.74,the ratio of wall to cavity for fiber is 3.52,the ratio of wall for wood fiber is 85.61%.Axial parenchyma is abundant,mainly diffuse-in-aggregates and some in narrow bands with the width of 1-4 cells,the tissue ratio of axial parenchyma is 8.41%.Wood rays are non-storied,rays exclusively uniseriate which is mainly made of procumbent and may occasionally appear between upright and square cells.The height of uniserial rays is 3 to 19 cells.Aggregate rays are mixed with other cells such as wood fiber,of which the height is much higher by many cells and is often beyond the scope of the slice.The tissue ratio of rays is 31.14%.Prismatic crystals mainly appear in the aggregate rays.Vessel-ray pits with much reduced borders to apparently simple:pits vertical,with few large pits.The wood has vasicentric tracheid and intercellular canals are absent.
